The construction of the pet project building of Dame Patience Jonathan named First Ladies Mission Building  is to cost N4 billion. This sum of money has been earmarked in the 2013 budget of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).However, tongues were wagging as to why the house would cost so much money.
