CHIEF OLUWOLE AWOLOWO PASSES ON AT 70

                                                                          

Chief Oluwole Awolowo, the Publisher of Tribune Newspaper and son of the late sage, Chief Obafemi Awolowo, died on Wednesday 27, March, 2013 at the age of 70 years. According to the Managing Director/Editor –in- Chief Tribune, Mr. Edward Dickson, Oluwole died at 5.40 pm at the Wellington Hospital, St. Johnswood, London, as a result of complications caused by a car crash that occurred on September 30, 2006. It was learnt that the diseased has been indisposed in recent past as he was on admission for almost a year at the University College Hospital Ibadan, Oyo State between 2011 and 2012. Chief Oluwole Awolowo left behind his aged mother, wife and children. We pray God to grant those he left behind the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss. VME.
