Who Should Build A House?

               A lovely home (credit:castleweekly)
Many people have had the opportunity to their own houses in the past but they never did so due to ignorance. It is ignorance because some of these people felt they were too young to own a house. Some felt they didn’t have enough money with which to build a house. Others felt they need to get married and have children before they can think of building a house. On the other hand many think that building a house should be the last project they should embark upon in life; they must attain certain age limit, get married, have children and train them before they ever think of building a house.
First, there is no specific age limit for anyone to qualify to build a house as long as the person has attained the age of accountability which is 18 years. So, once somebody has attained the age of 18 and above, such a person can build his own house. Second, nobody can ever get enough money before they do anything in this world. So, you don’t need to get enough money before you begin to build a house because you can never get enough for anything.
Third, it is not compulsory that you get married, have children and train them before you build a house. In life opportunity comes but once. Therefore you must seize every opportunity that comes your way. What this means is that the opportunity for a particular thing may likely come once in a man’s life and once that opportunity is lost it is unlikely that it will ever come again. This also means that if the opportunity to build a house comes before that of marriage you have to seize it; you shouldn’t say because you are not married you will not build a house! Therefore you must seize every opportunity that comes your way.  So, build a house as long as you have the money to do so; don’t say you will not build a house because you are not married; you don’t have children; you haven’t trained your children!
