A former coach of the Super Eagles, Mr. Shuaibu Amodu died in the early hours of Saturday. His death came barely three days after that of Stephen Kesh who was also a former coach of the Super Eagles. Amodu died shortly after he complained of chest pain. Until his death he was the Technical Director of the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF). He is survived by seven children and an aged mother. He has since been buried according Moslem rites in his home at Okpella in Etsako East Local Government Area of Edo State. May his gentle soul rest in perfect peace.
